If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

  • Exchanges of same value accepted
  • You must contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
  • No returns or cancellations UNLESS item is damaged upon delivery, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any problems.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for  incorrect items within 60 days from the date you received the order.

Once we receive the photos, we’ll issue a return label to you via email. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us here. We’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, or washed.

If your item arrived damaged, we’ll need photos to verify and/or to confirm which damaged item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

If we are able to edit your order, we will happily assist. Unfortunately, we can only correct shipping addresses within a very small window after an order is placed. We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out, and the U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. If your package was shipped via FedEx or UPS you can request a redirect, although this may cause you to incur an additional fee. Just Kweenin is not responsible for misdelivered packages if the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout, but we want to help!
